Details
Travel damage happens at two points: the crown of the shell where bags stack, and the wheels where the case gets dragged. This cover addresses both. The shell is 1680D ballistic nylon, the same denier used in checked luggage rated for repeat handling, with double stitched and bar tacked stress seams at every handle and wheel mount.
An internal semi-rigid top guard sits over the club heads and absorbs the load of anything stacked on top in the hold. Below it, a padded base collar protects the bag bottom against drops onto the belt. The main zipper is a number 10 coil with two locking sliders and a storm flap over the full run.
Four inline skate wheels are bolted through reinforced plates rather than sewn to the fabric, and each one is replaceable. Grab handles sit at the top, side, and base, so the case can be lifted from any orientation without a second person.
